How to make coconut pudding




Ingredients:

For serving 5 to 6 

gelatin powder - 5 tsp (unflavored)

Water - 100 ml

Grated coconut - 3 cups

warm milk - 2 cups (500ml)

Sugar - 6 tablespoon


Preparation:

Step 1:

add 100ml water to gelatin and stir rest it for 10 minute this process is called gelatin blooming

Step 2:

add grated coconut into a mixer and add 1 cup of warm milk

Step 3:
 
crush it slightly in the mixer and strain the coconut milk (take care not to grind to too much)
(do not use ready-made coconut milk) 

Step 4:

with the residue coconut, add the balance warm milk(1 cup) . and crush it once again in the mixer and stain once more

Step 5:

once again strain the coconut milk obtained and add 6 tablespoon of sugar mix it well until the sugar completely dissolves

Step 6:

melt the bloomed gelatin by kept it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds  (if you haven't a microwave then keep the gelatin bowl in boiling water and melt)

Step 7:

add melted gelatin in to the coconut milk stir the coconut milk while adding gelatin after adding mix it well and let it set by refrigerating it for 3-4 hours(not use freezer)

Step 8:

since coconut flavour is mild,cover and keep it

Step 9:

for topping you can use your favorite fruit 

Step 10:

serve it , eat it and enjoy whaa!!😋
