How to make sweet banana bread



                                          Banana Bread


Banana bread tends to have a high rate of protein which is beneficial to health. Protein is an essential nutrient needed for the growth, repair, and recovery of muscle. It also helps to stabilize blood sugar levels.


Ingredients:

(for 10 slices of bread) 

3 riped bananas

¾ cup honey (255g)

1 egg

2 tbsp almond milk

1 teaspoon vannila extract

2 cups whole wheat flour(260g)

1 teaspoon baking soda

a pinch of salt

oil substitutes(choose any one):

1/4 cup applesause(65ml) or greek yogurt

1/4 cup greek yogurt(approximate;70g)


preparation:

Step 1:

preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).

Step 2:

mash the bananas , then add applesause or greekyogurt,honey,egg,vanilla extract,and almond milk , whisk it until well combined.

Step 3:

In another bowl,mix the whole wheatflour,bakingsoda and salt together.

Step 4:

add the dry ingredients(step:3 ingredients) to wet ingredients(step:2 ingredients) and stir well.

Step 5:

take a loafpan , and wipe down with oil.pour the mix to the loaf pan.

Step 6:

bake 50 to 55 minutes.

Step 7:

eat and enjoy  yummyy!!!😋
