How to make mango smoothie



Ingredience:

for two servings

2 cups (300g) - Diced Mango 

1/2 cup (125ml) - Milk(chilled)

11/2 cup (375ml) - Yogurt / Curd

4 tbsp - honey or sugar (if you need more sweetness,take a bit more honey or sugar)


Preparation:

Step 1:

Add 2 cup diced mango to the mixie jar  (mango should chill for 1 hour before using)

Step 2:

Add 1/2 cup of milk to the jar  (this also chilled well before using)

Step 3:

Add 11/2 cup of  chilled yogurt or curd(sourless) .

Step 4:

Add 4tbsp of honey or sugar (as smooties are genarally healthy drinks, we wont add too much sweet if you need more sweetness,add a bit more honey or sugar)

Step 5:

Close the lid of the jar and blend it well (around 1 and half minute)

Step 6: 

serve smoothie to glasses and garnish it with some mango pieces.

Step 7:

Drink and Enjoy whaaa!!😋😋
