Ingredients:
1 cup Curd (Yogurt,thairu) , chilled
1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Honey , or cane sugar (depending on the sweetness of strawberries)
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (elakya podi)
5 Strawberries , chopped
Mint Leaves , chopped
Ice cubes , optional, as required (if you have any throat issue do not use this)
Preparation:
Step 1
To begin making the Strawberry Yogurt Lassi, remove the head which is the green part of strawberries and chop them roughly.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients including curd, milk, honey, cardamom powder, strawberries and ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.
Step 3
Add more milk or water to adjust to the consistency according to your preference.
Step 4
Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint leaves and slices of strawberries. Serve the Strawberry Yogurt Lassi chilled.
