How to make Healthy Alfredo pasta



Ingredients:

for 2 servings 

4 Cup Water (1000ml) 

1/2 tablespoon(11/2 teaspoon) salt

1 Cup Pasta (100g) ( we using penne pasta ( long type))

1/2 cup Grated cheese (parmesan cheese) 

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon Crushed pepper

1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning 

for pasta sause :

1/2 tablespoon refined cooking oil

2 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes (optional)

1/2 tablespoon Chopped garlic 

1 Cup Fresh cream (250 ml)

Preparation:

Step  1:

boil 1 litre water when water starts boiling add salt 1/2 tablespoon salt 

Step 2:

Add 1 cup pasta and turn the flame to medium and stir after 3 or 4 minutes and cook it well ( cooking time is written backside of  pasta packet like 9 to 12 . choose small time from that ) 

(Step 3:

For sause . take a pan when the pan starts to heat up add refined oil to it 

Step 4:

after that put the fire to low flame and add butter to it when butter starts to melt add
chilly flakes and add chopped garlic and stir 1/2 minute  to 1 minute.

Step 5:

After the garlic is sufficiently fried add 1 cup fresh cream and stir (flame should be in low

Step 6:

Now stir this cream continuously till it starts to boil slightly)

Step 7:

when cream starts boil add the boiled pasta and add grated cheese,1/4 tsp salt,crushed pepper (do not use fine pepper powder),and add italian seasoning to it

Step 8:

serve it, eat it , and enjoy whaa!!😋
